If you had to have your vision corrected would you rather: glasses or contacts? Or what do you use if you need to have your vision corrected?
Definitely glasses! The thought of inserting the contact lens into my eye would have me panicky on a daily basis. And no doubt I would drop it on the floor never to found again. I’ve worn glasses for distance for some time. And recently for close-up.
Are you more of a dog person or a cat person?
I don’t have either; but I like both.
If you were to buy a new house/apartment what is the top three items on your wish list?
It must be by the sea. A private island would be nice.
It should have two storeys, nice gardens in the front and back.
It should be Edwardian in style, with a lot of decorative wood, fireplaces, stained glass, claw foot bathtub, and an antique cast iron cooker/oven.
(More than 3 but if I’m making a wish list I should have everything! 🙂 )
What inspired you this past week?

I used to wear contacts. It’s not worth the hassle, for sure.

I too would never dream of wearing contact lenses. Suppose I am pushed from behind while I am putting the lenses on and lo! Behold! Blood is spurting out of the hole in my eye into which I had poked me finger. I am much better off with my spectacles.
