The first day of the the new year! A little voice (actually it’s Henri, my gnome) tells me that we all have a new beginning today.

A chance to start fresh and create some positive energy for ourselves and those around us. Sure, there were things that didn’t go well last year. But that’s last year’s news.
I’m not a fan of new year’s resolutions. However, I like Henri’s idea of beginning every day thinking about one thing for which I am grateful and finding at least one thing to be positive about.
Wishing everyone their best year ever! π
Hurrah a new Henri post for a new year.
I raise my glass to Henri’s philosophy – cheers

I gave up on resolutions many years ago. (They set you up for defeat, and in general make you feel bad about yourself IMO.) Henri sounds like a pretty wise little gnome! π

“beginning every day thinking about one thing for which I am grateful and finding at least one thing to be positive about.” I can absolutely do that.
