Restricting to any temperature rise is useless, we need to be aiming for reductions in all areas. That will affect everyone and that is why we fail to do what is needed.
To little, way to late â° I canât believe there are still people that donât believe our actions are changing the climate! Money and prayers wonât save us from our own foolishness. Our delusional Aussie PM thinks science will save us, yet up until very recently, heâs been quite happy to ignore the science on climate change. A few years ago, he took a lump of coal into parliament and said âitâs nothing to be scared ofâ. This idiot doesnât speak for me and I didnât vote for him – and there in lies the problem. Greedy and short sighted people keep voting these morons into power. The paradigm is shifting slowly, but melting ice is beating it.

Tuvalu, a small island nation in the Pacific, is sinking from the rising sea levels. It’s happening now.
I guess it’s the Earth’s way of re-setting it’s self and eventually restoring the balance that this time human’s have upset. I have no scientific proof of course, but I suspect after a relatively short period of warming, the planet will be headed for another ice age and mass extinction. Humans are adaptable and spread over the globe everywhere. I suspect pockets of us will survive. Hopefully the smarter, kinder ones.
Like everything else, it all boils down to money and greed. Here in the U.S., the so called “conservatives” (ironic term) are all about fossil fuels and disbanding any legislation that puts any environmental restrictions on big oil. Their philosophy is make as much money as you can right now and to hell with future generations.
