Here is my post for Cee’s Share Your World 2016 Week 40:
Why did you start blogging?
To challenge myself. I’m rather shy so I thought blogging would be a fun way to connect with people all over the world. And also to show my artwork and do some creative writing.
A piece of clothing you still remember?
When I was 4 I had a turquoise outfit with yellow ducks on it. I was very upset when I was too big to wear it.
Who are you trying to reach with your blog?
Anyone! I really enjoy all the people I’ve met so far.
Is there a stuffed animal in your bedroom?
Yes, they have their own condo in my closet.
The best birthday present ever?
I would love to receive an all-expense-paid round the world tour that would allow me to visit as many countries as possible. (Universe: hint, hint! 🙂 )
What would surprise me about you?
I have never outgrown my love of dinosaurs.
I think that dinosaurs are pretty neat, too. Your piggies are adorable. 🙂
Aww I’m sorry about your turquoise outfit with the little duckies on it. Was there a little sister waiting to snatch it away once you grew out of it? That happened with my soft blue teddy bear pantsuit. I was very sad and mad when I grew out of it and my little sister got it.
I am shy, too. Blogging makes it easier to express myself. Although there is still vulnerability when we write our heart on our blogs, it just doesn’t feel as vulnerable as putting it out there in person.
Have a blessed week!

I have collection of all sorts of pig items 🙂 It was funny remembering that one outfit that we liked so much. No little sister, so I guess my mother must have given it away.

I think that pigs are cute. 🙂 Our Marine has a stuffed pig around this house somewhere. Its name is Swine Flu. What other kinds of piggy items do you have? I’ve always loved black and white cows and have kitchen items like creamers and napkin holders that are cows. I also have a crockpot with a chicken on it. 🙂
Lucky you, not having a little sister to take away your favorite clthes. haha We were forever doing the hand-me-down swap between cousins, too.
Have a blessed day!

he-he Swine Flu! I have a pig oven timer, small pig vegetable brush, big copper pig, a flying wooden pig, a glass pig ornament, a pig bowl, two ceramic pig ornaments, a pig fork and spoon for salad, a Porky pig oven mitt, two pig oven mitts, pig calendars, a small laser cut of 3 dancing pigs and of course a Miss Piggy covered treasure dish. There may be even more pigs around here; I lost count! 😀

That is very cool! I think that pigs are adorable. I love to hear the pig snort on my Receipt Hog app. I sometimes open the app just to hear its voice. haha Every pig collection needs a Miss Piggy treasure dish. 🙂

I forgot to include the obvious: piggy banks! I have 3. And a pig salt and pepper shaker set and a pig spoon rest.

Thank you so much! I think they were part of an art challenge I did when I belonged to an art card club. Most people drew dogs and cats so, of course, I drew dinosaurs 🙂

If I could find one in a grown-up size I’d buy it! 🙂
