These brave people have worked tirelessly for months; putting their own safety at risk for the rest of us.
Some have made the ultimate sacrifice.
Everyone owes them more gratitude than can be expressed in mere words.

“Thank you” indeed, but the best “gratitude” would be for all of us to wear masks and social distance so that those workers do not continue to be overwhelmed.
